Simply browse our collections, select your desired piece, choose your size if applicable, and click "Add to Bag". Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, select a payment method, and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Express delivery is available in select cities and takes 2-3 business days. All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery.
Yes! We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders within India. Every package is securely boxed, tamper-proof, and fully insured during transit.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order in real-time from the "My Orders" section in your account.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order you wish to return, and click "Request Return". Our team will guide you through the pickup process. For exchanges, you can select the new item directly during the return process.
Yes! Aabharna offers a lifetime exchange policy on all gold and diamond jewellery. You can exchange your jewellery at any time for its current gold/diamond value towards a new purchase. Visit any of our stores or contact our support team to initiate.
Product & Quality
Yes, every piece is 100% BIS Hallmarked for gold purity. All diamonds are GIA/IGI certified, and gemstones come with authentication certificates. Each product ships with its respective certification documents.
We offer jewellery in 18K, 22K, and 24K gold. Our most popular pieces are crafted in 22K gold for the perfect balance of purity and durability. Product pages clearly specify the gold purity for each item.
We provide a free ring size guide on our website. You can also visit any Aabharna store for a complimentary professional sizing. If you receive a ring that does not fit perfectly, we offer one free size exchange within 30 days.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. For high-value purchases, we also offer EMI options with select banks. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Due to the high value of our products, COD is not available. However, we offer flexible payment options including EMIs and secure online payments to make your purchase convenient.
